Shipping Policy

We will prepare your order for shipping within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.
• Delivery was refused or declined by the recipient.
• No response was given to the courier's offers to reattempt delivery.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 50%, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note:
In some cases, carriers may offer a redelivery option. If redelivery is declined or not completed within the timeframe set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
